Named after swamp lore of the mythical cryptid and shapeshifting creature, Rougarou is an amalgamation of tales and traditions, built upon shared experiences of owners. Rougarou is meant to be a journey into the unknown with familiar friends by your side.

From the creative forces behind Yacht Club, Mclain Hedges and Mary Allison Wright, alongside her brother JohnDavid Wright as executive chef, Rougarou is a living, breathing tribute to the rich regions that molded them – a wine & cocktail focused restaurant highlighting the culinary traditions of the American South.
